I love making cards out of scraps I have leftover from my layouts, and I realized that I haven’t made cards in a while, so I made two all-purpose cards this week. For the card on the right, I used a chipboard piece from the Valentine’s Hashtags set for my title. I primed the piece with gesso, Read more ..
I created this layout of my son’s introduction to solid foods. I used the Heart Strings Border as the main element on my page. I also used bib embellishments from the It’s a Boy Set and the Basic Alphabet for my title. I primed the chipboard with gesso, layered chalk ink on top of each piece, and then finished it with Read more ..
I just love these close-ups of my little one! I framed them with the 5″ Large Clock Face and the 6″ Large Clock Face. I left the frames as-is, but I inked the Small Family Border Word Set title piece a dark chocolate brown to stand out from the clock frame.
I love the warmth of this picture so I kept that feeling though the variety of warm browns I included in this layout. I used both the 4″ Large Clock Face and the 3″ Large Clock Face to embellish this layout, and added the word “family” from the Small Family Border Word Set for my Read more ..

I created this adorable dad & baby layout and wanted to showcase how versatile CE chipboard is. I used the Large Nested Rectangles a little more traditionally — as a frame to accent my embellishments in the middle of the page. Then I used two different sizes of square chipboard from CE’s Squares set and Read more ..
Today I am here to share a layout of my son at four months. I love how Creative Embellishments chipboard can compliment and elevate any type of layout. I used four different chipboard pieces to add just the right finishing touches on this layout. I used the block trio from the It’s a Boy Set. Read more ..
I have been wanting to do a layout with a giant title for a while now, and I decided Creative Embellishments’ Smile chipboard set was perfect for this darling baby boy layout. I primed the chipboard title with gesso, and then used baby blue chalk ink to bring out the blue in the patterned paper. Krystle
