Adventure by Nanné

Hi fellow scrappers.. It’s Nanné here to share a layout I created using some of the new chipboard elements you can find in the Creative Embellishments store..
Here’s what I created:

I started off with just a white piece of cardstock..I started off by adding some Ivy leaves, using the Ivy stencil and some distress oxides in Peeled paint and vintage photo.  I then rubbed some Peeled paint Distress Oxide on the edges, patted it with a sponge that I had dabbed in white paint and then finally adding some stamping using the Distressed script stamp..  I love creating an original background using stamps and stencils..

I decided to create my own flowers for this layout, using dies and some cardstock.. I also wanted to use these large palm leaves, so tucked a few those underneath my rose.. I also colored those with Peeled paint distress oxide.

I absolutely love, love, love these new Scroll sets.  I decided to use just one from the set of two, painted it white and then tucked underneath my photo cluster.. added a few drops of white Nuvo drops and this is what I ended up with.. I’m very happy with it..

I also used up some left over Mini lattice panel pieces I had, painted those to match my colors and tucked a pieces underneath the sides of my photo cluster and then the other ones, I added to the top and bottom of my layout..  Punched some butterflies using the left over papers I had and finally added some last minute details with Nuvo drops..

thank you for stopping by and checking out my layout for today’s daily post..

Till next time

Hugs

Nanné
